Returns Policy
At Keith Mathews The Dog Guru Ltd we realise how important it is for customers to feel that they can purchase our products in complete confidence. We offer a “no quibble” returns guarantee on unused goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase once you receive it, then you can return it for an exchange or refund of the cost of the purchase. Cash refunds cannot be offered on our DVDS - only a replacement product can be provided.

To return unused items please follow these instructions:

Contact us on +44(0)28 388 41509 or by email on info@keiththedogguru.com, within 7 days from the delivery date to let us know that you are returning unused items.
Please return the items within 14 days from the delivery date.

Package the item(s), if possible, in the original packaging. If the original packaging cannot be reused, please ensure that the item(s) are adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Place a note with the item(s) with your name and address and indicating that they are unused and are being returned.
